急问：关于财产证明

一直以为财产证明是在录取后才需要的，今天才发现我申请的两个学校都是要在寄申请材料时一起寄，着急啊。有个问题：

我的银行存款离学校要求的总的第一年费用还差1万（学费够了），然后我用我先生在美的收入证明能弥补吗？我想用这说明他的收入可以支付我在校期间的生活费用。不过他的钱也不多，也只是个PHD的全奖而已，大概2万4一年吧，大家说这样行吗？

如果这种方式不行，国内我父母的房产证明行吗？但这个肯定现在是来不及了，只能等以后补了，实在不行，就只有借钱了，唉。

Many schools will consider your application first. Then make financial aid decision. Then notify you how much money you need to prepare for the I20.

If this is not the case.... it means such school does not provide much financial aid.

I think the income of your husband could be used. But 父母的房产证明 is not useful at all at point. You'd better check with the international students office of the school you are applying for before you send out any documents.
