       从思路来看，好象是一次性的！！

         所以x=1

245、上回已经讨论过一次拉，c绝对没错！
        思路是这样的：
        （上回没有留底，又得重写一遍）
        条件1、x和y大于零时，x一定大于y
                   x和y小于零时，x可大于也可小于y
        条件2、x和y大于零时，x可大于也可小于y
                  x和y小于零时，x一定大于y
（画图就更明白拉！）

条件是指包括FEE的还是指不包括的啊
按照作者的思路，好象两个条件都是包括的
那好象没什么意义吧，这样的问法
