我在北京，已经通过网站预定，然后交钱，领表，交表。那现在就只有等着吗？怎么能知道自己已经报上名了呢？（呵呵，我没有选择那个附加的服务）麻烦各位有经验的nn解答一下，谢谢～

They should send you a confirmation email, and let you know if your application is processing.

or you can write email to the contact email address if there is any.
