Interview Tips：
1. behavior questions 请讲清楚故事的有效细节。STAR principles Situation Task Action Results
2. 先用中文理清楚思路，再练习用简单的英语回答问题
3. why this program 好好研究下学校网站上的课程设置，课外活动等，找到最吸引字的1-2点。可以和自己的职业目标相结合。
4. career goal 如果自己还没想清楚，可以去Linkedin上看一下以往的毕业校友选择了怎样的职业发展，自己会由灵感的。
5. 问AO的问题： 不要问在网站上就可以找到的信息。记得面试前Linkedin下面试官。
