主要区别这2个词的含义，从句子的逻辑含义判断就很容易选B：

instead of doing sth，这个sth是：不去做的事情；

instead紧挨的sth，这件事是：反而去做的事情；

      If you do not do something, but do something else instead, you do the second thing and not the first thing, as the result of a choice or a change of behaviour.

           My husband asked why I couldn't just forget about dieting all the time and eat normally instead.

这边的介系词「at」有没有问题？

因为我觉得如果拆开来看，通常大家都是用at....level

只是如果看整句 raise the ......... 就感觉一定要加to了

不确定自己想的对不对

麻烦大家讨论一下............

这里raise to是提高到什么程度

不是at...level
