Hey guys, i'm using the course break to answer, so i'm in a rush,sorry if there's any mistakes.

I'm Chinese, EU citizen. Undergraduate in China, Master degree in NL(the Netherlands). W/E 3 years in China, 3 Yeas in NL. Worked in small companies, no big names in my CV. Gmat730

你在瑞典工作还是在中国工作？工程师转MBA没有什么困难，我们同学中有很多都是工程师。如果你在海外工作，录取机会就大大增加了。

至于要做什么准备，提高英文(直接从中国过来的同学往往听课很困难），听力和口语都很重要。另外争取工作出成绩，为几年之后有份出众的简历作准备。如果准备转换职业，现在就可以开始接触了解自己感兴趣的行业。还有，多参加社会社团活动，发展兴趣爱好，锻炼领导才能。

你真是早期的鸟，这么早就开始做准备了。

This year 221 students, more than 40 nationalities. I did observe the profiles of Chinese. If based on citizenship, about 6 or 7 from mainland China, 8 or 9 from Taiwan, 1 from HK, 3 from Singapore. Among those who have Chinese passports, only 2 or 3 are directly from China, the rest, as far as I know, has very strong international background. Would be fair to say, international exposure is quite important for applying this program.
