关于作文是否需要向外延伸上的一点疑惑

作文在写的时候要有多切题？我看了一些JJ里构筑的思路，产生了一点疑问，希望能和大家探讨一下。
比如Cookville工厂这道题。题目里面说：我们的目标是降低生产成本，因此我们要让工厂A在生产更多的产品，因为工厂A的效率相比其他工厂更高，成本比较低。（完成题目贴在最后）

有构筑提供思路说，可以写

• 并非只有通过降低零部件生产成本才能降低总的生产成本，还可以通过提高效率，技术创新
• 成本低不代表你就能卖出去，可能别的公司的质量比你好，售后服务比较好
  

但是这个argument并没有说作者希望给公司带来更多效益，或者希望卖出去更多的产品，而是明确地指出 他们的final goal 是reduce production cost. 这种情况下我们是否需要向外延伸，谈及降低Production cost对于公司效益、公司品牌、竞争力等各方面的影响？
