Cornell MBA Interview - R1 [2018-11-28]

Interviewed on campus with a very nice second-year MBA student (45 mins):
1. Please introduct yourself
2. How did you balance your work and personal life?
3. Describe a hard situation you had with your manager or employee.
4. What's your short/long term goal?
5. Why consultant?
6. Why Cornell and Johnson?
7. Did you talk with any Cornell student or alumni? What did you learn?
8. What do you like about Ithaca?
9. Any question for me?

The interview is more conversational. He even refered other MBA students to me after the interview, but I am not sure if it's a good sign. Good luck to you all.

楼主好！！现在还在面的是R1还是R2轮啊？看到大陆R2已经有拿到面试的了~

it depends. I interviewed with a second-year student, but someone interviewed with an admissions committee. , and someone interviewed with a student and an observer.

R1. I got the offer two days after the interview.
