PREP对于C的解释是代词THEY分别就近指代BRAINS和NEURONS导致逻辑意思错误，不明白为什么会导致逻辑意思错误呢？是说不能同时在一个句子里出现THEY吗？

在看E选项的时候我考虑的是平衡，brain growth in mice that are placed in ...用的是被动语态，后面的an increase in canaries that...是主动语态。读起来其实也不顺呀

(C)里有2个they, 在同一句话里相同的代词指代必须相同，第一个they语法上指代 mice's brains(逻辑意思上不对)，第二个they语法上指代canaries' neurons（逻辑意思也不通） ，相同的代词指代对象不同，所以错。

(E) brain growth in mice that are placed in a stimulating environment or an increase in neurons in canaries that learn new songs.

  两个部分意思上平行就可以了。Gmat所谓的平行不一定是形式上的平行，最主要的是意思上的平行。参考OG11紫皮22题

英台，我们想到一起去了。前两天做这个题的时候只是考虑平行，然后排除其它的选项，但是今天看了一下，觉得1是不能单纯找平行词，关键要看意思；再就是仔细琢磨下来，E选项可以理解为partly because crossbreeding is said to acquire certain characteristics in their steers.

感觉讨论过后明白多了。

PREP语法笔记里，B的解释就一个“正确”，对A的解释是说--sb. suffer from B,所以B表示的是结果，dwindling和increasing都是现在分词，应该用分词或者过去分词表示结果。总感觉有些牵强。。不知我是不是太钻牛角尖了？

同学们，答案是A,我选的B。我当时考虑的是时态，觉得主句当中是一般现在时的encourages，所以划线部分我选了join，for maintaining competitiveness的表达确实不对，应该是in order to do sth.，但是时态方面A里的完成语态可以吗？

第一句话，我一开始也很迷惑。。。我选了Ｂ，是因为我觉得resulting from increasing两个现在分词表达有点奇怪。同样前面的dwinding food也一样。后来多读了几遍才悟了，许仙，你好好翻译一下Ａ和Ｂ，两句意思的是不一样的。

temperatures increase导致的结果是“食物减少”（food supplies dwindling），而不是“减少了的食物”(dwindling food supplies)。

因为你快考了，可能很多东西没办法彻底搞清楚。不过，我记得ＸＤＦ的老师说过，在商业英语的表达中，如果现在分词和过去分词同时出现修饰名词，过去分词优先选。因为过去分词表示结果的状态。不过说到底还是要领会句子的意思。

第二个题目，我记得for如果表原因做连词的话后来要跟完整的句子，要有主谓宾。如果作介词，ＧＭＡＴ中常常把for doing 和to do 混用来表目的。表目的应该用to do.

关于时态，现在完成时和一般现在时是可以同时出现在句子中的。这里表达的意思是发达国家的情况已经开始好了。。。是一个一直延续的过程。

我最近分析语法已经彻底对ＧＭＡＣ无语了，每次刚建立起来的解题系统都被一两道特例的题击碎，身心疲惫。。。

有Ｇ友说，做语法题说到底理解含意是王道，逻辑意思最重要，然后才看语法结构。。。阅读还是王道啊。。。
