问： 为撒LZ觉得they是既可以refere to executives, 又可以refer to pacakges, 所以是ambiguity?
        how much我觉得接packages/executives都可以
       接packages表示，这些人的薪酬，有多少是不应得的 how much (money of)the packages may have been improperly awarded
       接executives表示，这些人有多少钱是不应得的how much (money) the executives may have ben improperly awarded
都没问题啊
为啥曼哈顿说这个句子没有指代不明的问题，they就是指executives呢
