C. 两个名词同时出现的时候，n1 + prep. + n2 >> n2 + n1
     也就是说access to water 远远优于water access
     less access to water 很明确表达了less的是access
     而less water access，less可以修饰water，也可以修饰access
    另外一题的例子是：some food allergy
     some可以修饰food,也可以修饰allergy，那你到底是想说一些食物呢？还是想说一些过敏呢？
    最好就是改为allergy to some food，明显就是在说allergy啦！
DE. 用的名词，不如v.好
并且，limitations有s，证明是可数名词，应该用fewer不用less
