要点：not only did。。。do，but it also 这样的格式只有在前面not only是倒装的情况下可以接受；
PS有两点：
1.假如说是这样的：Jim not only ate apples，but he also。。错误！只能是not only did Jim eat apples，but he also ate bananas
2．前面没有not only的时候：Jim is a mean person，but he also cares about people 这样是对的。如果是not only but also的时候是不仅而且，但是如果是只有but also的时候，就表示转折了

这里A中应是did create和give并列，但是这里是gave排除A；B中用which结构代替了原来并列平行的结构，这是错误的，改变了句意，而且我个人认为，这里是并列句而且是not only倒装的形式，还真得必须补出but it also；C中没有谓语动词，排除；DE进行PK，E把原句中并列平行的部分变成了修饰部分，改变了原句的逻辑意思；而D中没有not only，只有but it also，表现出了转折的语气，正确的逻辑意思：system带来了好的，也带来了坏的

*改变了原句的结构=改变了原句的逻辑意思

1．句子的主干和修饰之间的变换：和主句并列平行的成分变成了定语或者状语这样的修饰成分，放在从句里和分词中；以及相反的修饰成分变成了主干成分，都是对原文逻辑意思的改变

2．随意的除去和增加新的词汇、改变词性、改变修饰的成分：原句中的情态动词被去掉，can变成了be able to，或者原来没有的情态动词加了进去；economic变成了economical，aggravate变成了aggravating，significant变成了significantly；原来in 1900修饰的是A，在这里放在了句子后面修饰B；这三种做法都是典型的改变原句语义

3．句子的语气的消除和添加：语气有：因果关系，原句中有because，since等语气在里面，选项消除；转折语气，原句中有的but，although，even though等语气被选项改编成了陈述语序；陈述语气，原句中是递进的陈述的语气被选项改成了有因果关系、转折语气在里面；让步状语从句和条件状语从句的变化，这个比较tricky，加入原句（A选项）是even though或者even if开头，就不能改成although开头的句子，反之毅然。因为even though表示的是让步而although表示的是在。。。的条件下；
