我之前表达错误，应该是方式状语从句，可以用倒装结构，通常为as+助动词+主语。目的是省略和结构平衡，这里AS往往替代被省略的谓语部分，这里有个更详细的例句：
Some Asian nations and regions reiterated their opposition to a war, as did many of their citizens who worry Bush has already given up on hopes for a peaceful resolution to the crisis.
这句中 as did many of their citizens who......完整一点就是 as many of their citizens who.....reiterated their opposition to a war.

谢啦，as代替的谓语部分是指.reiterated their opposition to a war这一部分吗？貌似是宾语？还是我没理解
