答案是a。bcde都有错，排除。但是a也被我排除了。因为我觉得environmental risk 有问题啊，不是环境的风险，而应该是给环境带来的风险啊A considerable risk to the environment

C:A considerable risk to the environment:就环境而言，相当大的危险是...balabala..
2）
环境的风险，限定了这个风险是针对环境的，不正是对环境造成的风险么？
