【求助】OG13上两道关于whereas的题目

之前也有帖子讨论过这两个题目，但是看了以后还是没办法解释我的疑问，晕得很，所以再问问看有没有大牛帮忙：

Over 75 percent of the energy produced in France derives from nuclear power, while in Germany it is just over 33 percent.

我的疑问是：
（1）whereas 后面究竟要不要保证对象一致？
130正确答案是C，whereas前后两句的主语非别是“energy”和“unclear power”，明显不一致；
136正确答案是A，whereas前后两句的主语都是the (tiny) tubes，而且OG的解释说whereas是需要平行结构的，和130是不是就矛盾了呢？

如果说不需要保持一致，或者说不需要平行，那么136里的B答案为什么不对呢？

我的疑问是：

there is no need for parallelism （ it just serves to clarify the meaning ， not absolutely necessary）


choice B in 136 is wrong for meaning


look at the contrast carefully ， it does not make sense


tiny tube are arrayed in parallel lines？  bird have tubes？  these two parts are not contradictory （look at the correct choice to understand the correct contrast here）
