我觉得DE都对啊。。因为D中，从句修饰the examination of tools, 等于修饰examination, 那不是单数么。。includes也没错喽。。


求大神指教D哪里不对了。。

include后面是wooden spear，是一个tool，不是一个examination（一定要留意未划线部分）


所以which的合理指代对象是tools，includes当然错误
