解读：
1）A中一个比较明显的错误是 【that…(主语从句)+can hardly be said（谓语）+that…（宾语从句）】
A的原句是：

把A中前面的主语从句不分还原为it做形式主语的句子后应该是：It can hardly be said that educators have not anticipated the impact ofmicrocomputer technology that it is their fault
可以很明显看到后面的that it is their fault是一个多余的成分，它跟随在了前面的一个完整表意的句子之后。
也就是说，本来原句应该由两个句组成的，但是现在杂糅到了一起。如下，正确表意应该是以下两个句子：

解答：这个句子纯粹的从语法上来看，确实是正确的，错就错在不能说某个that引导的抽象的句子是be at fault的，而只能说sb be at fault。
（C）OG解释：Construction that it is … who have not is wordyand awkward; it also distorts meaning and lacks completion.
解读：
1）Wordy与awkward的问题：
首先C选项中是一个从句套从句的形式，第一个it是形式主语指代that从句，第二个it是指the fault,这时候已经出现问题了，Gmat喜欢指代清晰，即前后出现的代词表示一致，还有个问题是这句话只有主系，没有表语。平常我们说 It is my fault 中 it 往往是具体指代，而不是指代后面的fault。
2）Distort meaning与lackcompletion的问题：我个人对这两个错误的理解是：
distort meaning:GMAT原句是意图在表达“教育者没有预料到电脑科技这件事情上不是他们（教育者）的错”，而C选项表达的是“不是那些教育者的错，哪些教育者呢？那些没有预料到电脑科技的教育者”，一个从根本上改变了句子的意思。
lacks completion:C选项的主干是it hardly be said that it is the fault of educators。这里it is the fault of educators 给人的感觉是有了上句没下句。
（D）OG解释：Correct. thissentence has the main clause followed by one subordinate clause correctly
introduced by that .
解读：正确答案
（E）OG解释：the fact is wordy; the inverted construction doesnot successfully convey the meaning of the sentence.
解读：
1）the fact确实是wordy，因为加了个the fact然后后面跟了一个that引导的同位语从句解释fact的内容，除了增添了the fact这两个单词之外，没有任何意义和好处，因此是wordy的。
2）E中另一个错误同AB中一样的就是我们看到这个句子用that引导的主语从句非常长，冗余，然后就会造成整个句子头重脚轻。而用it is .....that的形式可以避免这种头重脚轻，一目了然，如下一对比就可以发现：
