关于from...to...的问题

做了一些题之后，不明白到底from...to...的搭配可不可以变成to...from...下面这道题是GWD-TN第一套的第二道题的答案解释，我做的时候选择的是E，但是答案说倾向选B，因为E选项to...from...搭配错误
（1） GWD-1-Q2:×没有定论的争议题

BE存在争议，E的to…from结构不对，B中的which可就近修饰country，在GWD题中，有很多情况，which是可以跳跃修饰的，特别是前面是个介词短语in the country。没有定论，倾向选B

然后，我做老prep又碰到了一道题是这样的：

五个选项中全部都是to...from的搭配
所以小弟迷惑了...这是不是就意味着to...from也是可以的，那如果这样的话，上面第一道题的答案是不是应该就是E了？？真心求解答~

……听老师讲过，to ,from不算考点。先说起点再说终点还是先说终点再说起点也没有什么区别啊。我觉得先用to还蛮好的，表现一下结果。O(∩_∩)O哈哈~
另外我倾向E。which是就近修饰市场。不是修饰country。当然我知道也有就远原则，不过og不喜欢。

嗯，我做的那个版本的也说是E更好，给你看它的解释哈~
B：which 可以跳跃指代，但是此处which和其指代对象隔了个状语In the country,而且country 和ranges 是语法上可以搭配的。
E：which 离它的指代对象比B近，而且to...from结构中to 10percent提前以使强调，逻辑上来讲，一个国家的图书市场不可能只有从from obscure textbooks to mass-market paperbacks,所以which 逻辑上指代its share of the country's 21billion book market整体。

新版语法破解上好像有这个题是选E的！我当时也很奇怪怎么是to。。。from。。。这个结构，不过经过排除，尤其是排除which的指代问题的选项，我也倾向于选E。GWD争议题较多，可以看语法区语法讨论贴汇总http://forum.chasedream.com/GMAT_SC/thread-81938-1-1.html
