个人理解：
assume that/to be … 固定搭配。
AB 项前半句mis-modify Europe，另外A项比较对象不对等，bones和animals对比了，B项presently known as from …awkward。
DE项末尾those of带入原句后变成those of the remains of … nonsense。

LZ你答案错了哦，答案是C没错的。

做GWD要小心，很多答案是错的诶。
