倒装结构，主语是the rate，由which引导定语从句修饰。

考点：句子结构、逻辑表达、主谓一致
句子结构-倒装，介词短语作表语提到句首，整个句子使用倒装结构。
逻辑表达，状语的位置要合理，结合句意看是否符合逻辑。
主谓一致，倒装结构的句子主语不太明显，要找对主语，并注意其单复数。

(A) among倒装，主语应该是the rate，所以应该用单数is。
(B) among倒装，主语应该是the rate，所以应该用单数is；tree应该用复数，使未划线部分的their有
一致的指代对象。
