Hello there,
So I have good news for you dude. I think you have a very interesting profile. And that if you can get a good GMAT score you should be able to apply to top schools including Columbia. Your goals make sense (although they do need to be worked out in more detail), but in general, your desire to switch firms and industries can work out for you, and Real Estate at Columbia makes total sense! So go for it. Get that GMAT and TOEFL done, and you will be ready to start!

钱和时间多的花不完吗还读书啊 ...

我主要目标是转行。直接跳转行去别的行业的可能性较小，而在行业内如果转去自己较为喜欢的function的成本感觉还不如去读个MBA更彻底一点。认为读MBA是转行professional service的一个比较直接的方法。预计入学的时候27，时间成本和金钱成本确实大，但如果再不转过30机会就更小了。还望指教
