TPO第一套的作文~就是4天或者5天工作日那个~多谢大神
The author of the reading passage feels that a four-day workweek is able to  perform better than five-day workweek. On the contrary, the lecture is convinced that providing employees a four-day workweek do not really make sense. This claim is not in agreement with that of the reading passage, which suggest that working four days per week could benefit both companie and employees.

According to the lecture, woking for four days may have a bad influnce on company's profit. Not only company need to provide more training program and medical care, but offer more office space. The reading passage,  by contrast, hold the idea that with the undergoing of a four-day workweek does the profit of the company will raise gradually. On the one hand, working for a short time makes employees feel more relax so that they are able to avoid making mistakes . On the other hand, companies can also hire more employees to sustain the product.

The second point of difference between the lecture and the reading passage concerns that a four-day workweek, in some degree, droping the rate of unemployment. The lecture asserts that providing employees a choice between four-day worktime and five-day worktime could easily make many jobs empty, which is totally different from the view given by the reading passage.

Finally, the lecturer argues that even workers may gain more spare time throgh the four-day workweek regulation, it also do harm to their quality of life. For example, less work time may decrease their working skill, and as a result, loose their jobs. However, the reading passage contends that free time must be essential to each staff.
