求问which可不可以引导非限制性定语从句

如题，求大神啊！！在GMAT中which到底可不可以引导非限制性定语从句？不是说which不可以指代整句话吗,所以应该不能修饰非限制性定语从句吧？

实在太多了，后面的我也不找了，为什么这些句子都是非限定性定语从句？我怎么记得是which一般引导非限定性定语从句，that一般引导限定性定语从句？

这句话里，which的指代是 the charter，语义上已经变成状语了

状语是修饰动词、形容词、副词等，我从没听说状语能修饰名词；
你说which的指代是 the charter  也就是which后面都是用来修饰the Charter，那么不就是定语吗？

这句话翻译过来是  “它与recognizes the values 的Charter  in line”  这不是典型的定语从句吗？

BUT 对你说的这句，我先给你普及下常识 “定语从句从定义上讲，是在句中做定语，修饰一个名词或代词。所以 如果是定语从句，就一定不可能是修饰“整个句子”
........., which的结构，一般情况下一定是定语从句，所以一定不可以修饰前面整个句子”

你这句话愚蠢在哪里？ 定语从句就是做定语是对的，但是有特例，这里涉及另外一个术语：叫做关系分句，严格意义上来说，定语从句 是从关系分句割裂出来的，专业的英语语法里，是分关系分句和非限制性关系分句的，而关系分句 不仅仅只有 定语的意思，还可以表述其他意思  例如
It is in line with the Charter, which recognizes the value of regional efforts to solve problems.
这句话里，which的指代是 the charter，但是 他不是定语成分，而更像是 表原因。这就是关系分句的概念，不仅仅是定语的概念，语义上已经变成状语了。

而你所谓的定语从句是修饰的，那么整个句子当做一个整体的时候、一个集合的概念的时候，定语既然是修饰成分的，怎么可能不能修饰一个整体概念？ 小朋友别偷梁换柱了

看句意，可以是前面的也可以是后面的。which可以跳跃介词

在GMAT中，that 不能引导非限制性定语从句，但是which可以引导非限制性定语从句。

非限制性定语从句前面有逗号隔开的，限制性定语从句前面不能有逗号隔开。

which【只能】修饰紧跟它前面的【名词】

哦  最后那句话谢谢了   不过我查了非限制性定语从句的百度百科   有这么一句话——which引导的非限制性定语从句　关系代词which在非限制性定语从句中所指代和修饰的可以是主句中的名词、形容词、短语、其他从句或整个主句
