最后在B和C中犹豫不决，B中的a ratio可不可以作为“419 times the pay of blue-collar workers”的同位语？B中的主要问题是在哪里呢？

that从句后面是现在CEO和蓝领工资的比值和1980时候的比值进行对比。正确的选项看着不一定顺眼。

为什么要加apostrophe我也不清楚，这只是种复数的表达形式吧，B如果改成times their pay，我个人觉得是可以的。

看明白了，如果B中是a ratio that compares to 42 times  their pay in 1980可不可以算是对的呢？

CEO's是CEO的复数形式，B的主要问题是比较对象不明确，前者是ratio比率，而后者是times倍数。
