看到白勇里的主谓一致那一章说：
1.（only/but) one of 复数名词 + that verb(复数)
that引导的定语从句修饰复数名词，谓语动词用复数。
2. the (only/but) one of 复数名词 + that verb(复数)
that引导的定语从句修饰the (only) one，谓语动词用单数。

我知道这个高中老师说过，但是我觉得直接记忆”one of用复数，the one of用单数“有些臆断，想听听比较native的解释为什么，有什么差别，好让我记忆。。
