1.这个体重having前面是一个名词而不是一个句子，所以它只能做名词修饰语，但是昆虫眼睛的structure（主语） have hundreds of miniature eyes明显不符合逻辑，所以用with（介词)+名词短语修饰前面的名词eye
2.关于its指代因为eye在所有格结构中翻译成昆虫眼睛的复杂结构，而its是物主代词，表示它的 Manhattan的代词那节好像有这个特别针对所有个指代的解释，楼主可以去看一下。
