这里不可以用逗号，因为这个状语using 是修饰 call ，在 that 从句起作用。如果using 前用逗号隔开的话，就会造成混淆，不清楚状语是对主句还是从句的修饰。

上一题，还是要在这里强调一下：这是选择题不是改错题，GMAT考试就要在已有的答案里优选，或许这些答案都不好，但必须选一个相对合理的答案。（与其钻牛角尖，不如把OG吃透，清楚明白出题的思路和考点，提高速度和准确）。
