Vandy对我来说太难了，国际生貌似收的狠少，比较倾向美本。所以就不去捐申请费了。。。。

You may contact our office to request a TOEFL waiver if you (1) have earned an undergraduate degree in a country where the official language is English (not just an English-speaking institution) or (2) have lived and worked in an English-speaking country for the past two or more years. A waiver is automatically granted if a candidate scores in the 90 percentile or higher on the verbal component of the GMAT or GRE.

所以应该是先要在美国居住或者工作两年，同时GMAT v 90%+才行吧？

request a TOEFL waiver和waiver automatically granted是两种情况，而且中间是有句号的
