主要讨论B与D，本题的考察点与疑惑点，
第一，the world’s smallest network，虽然说所有格仅仅表of，但是world’s XX 实在用的很多不知能否作为排除点来用；
第二，D中的what it claims is …没有问题，是属于嵌入式关系分句的用法，同时词汇用法的角度来说，claim to be 的确有这样的用法，或者也可以用 claim sth as（it claims what is…是不是有问题？没有as）；
第三，B中的which是否能够跨越in the world，或许有歧义，因为从语义上讲，实在不存在任何歧义直接跨越，而从语法上面讲确实in the world 并非决定camcorder性质的后置定语（而是状语），所以不能够跨越；
第四，从语义上面来讲，是最小的camcorder，应该是更多的指尺寸呢还是尺寸与重量同时强调呢，如果是前者，weighing或许更好（也有风险，有涉及到了另外一个复杂问题，有没有“，Ving”作为非限制性定语来修饰computer的问题了），而如果是后者则D就是更好了。

这道题目答案最初给了B，而后又选择了D。
claim to be的用法是正确的。
B选项中的which指代问题或许有一点，但是跨越一个in the world是不是可以也很难说。
