正确答案是C，我选D是因为没有东西可以选了==，一直认为announce这一类词后面加句子是一定要加that的，但现在prep08语法笔记里说这里可以省略，一下子就懵了，求大牛指点下~是只有announce可以省略呢，还是所有的这类claim，state， report等等等等都可以根据具体题目排除后选择省略？

当然可以省略了！原则上都是可以的！而且D一定是不对的，没有S+V+to be closing的用法
