2. 這種句型是正確的嗎?  
 S1 V1 連接 S2 V2, and S3 V3.

改成你那样主语变成人 而不是P，就不对了。
个人觉得原来的C 选项 成分不完整。

C要是改成你说那样就错了吧。。
感觉前半句主语变成了人。。
可是逻辑上明显需要的是paris做主语。。

形式主语依然是to be, 但应该用it。

所以这个语法仍然是有瑕疵的。

OG对C选项的解释里明确说明，to be an expatriate was fashionable 是awkward，所以LZ把这个时间状语从句提到句首应该一样是awkward，没有it做形式主语这样的表达来的简洁~
