也就是说指代with a rudimentary sense of vision~~~求NN指正啊~~ (@﹏@)~

[不知道,我觉得不能准确知道creating指代什么,可以是lying, 可以使is based on?也许这就是问题,就连OG上说if used as a participial, creating would have to be preceded by a comma,我也不能确定用, creating就好吗?

Because there are provisions of the new maritime
code that provide that even tiny islets can be the basis
for claims to the fisheries and oil fields of large sea
areas, they have already stimulated international
disputes over uninhabited islands.

code, this has already stimulated
(E) Because even tiny islets can be the basis for

areas under provisions of the new maritime
code, which is already stimulating
OG A: in the predicate nominative instead of the subject position, provisions is not an obvious referent for the pronoun they.
因为there be倒装,所以they不好指代provisions
[因为provisions在述语部分的主(A word in the nominative case that completes a copulative verb, such as son in the sentence Charlie is my son不在主语,因而they 不能够明确地指到provisions]
