Cambridge Essay 问题求助（紧急）

在填写Camrbidge的申请表格时， 有一页纸是描述Current Full-Time Employment，包括Job Functions，bonus， salary等等，紧接着底下有这几个小essays：
1. What is your most significant challenge? (150 word limit)*2. Describe your primary job responsibilities; 1) type and size of internal and external teams with which you work or supervise 2) type and number of clients or projects you manage; 3) size of budget or revenue for which you are responsible; 4) international experience or exposure (150 word limit)*
3. What is your most significant challenge? (150 word limit)*
4. What is your most significant accomplishment? (150 word limit)*


想问一下，这些essay的取材都必须跟current employer有关的么？取材不可以从以前的公司或者人生经历？另外，我今年年初才换的工作，是不是也可以用上一个employer，不然工作内容太少了。

还有其中一个选项，Please list the names of other Universities that you are applying to，我应该选其他申请的学校还是不选表示对cambridge的重视？

这指的是申请剑桥的奖学金？

2.　在工作一栏里问 Previous Roles/Promotions and Dates (150 word limit)

可问题是　小弟刚干这个工作没多久，previous roles 和现在的role 是一个样，也没有promotion

不好意思，我又仔细看了一遍命题，感觉应该都属于"current employment"的范畴，请写当前的工作内容。

不过我在这边申明一下，这个只是基于我申请其他学校的经验，至于Cambridge，你最好确认一下他们essay的structure，如果这些问题是作为你的当前工作经历的一部分，那么最好写当前的，如果是另外的独立的essay命题，那么当然可以写以前的。

most significant accomplishment/challenges 之类的可以写以前的工作经历。
至于你还申请了哪些其他的学校，我觉得实话实说比较好。
