Rochester第三轮还有必要申吗？？？我还有可能吗？？

悲剧了，万事俱备，就差托福成绩单迟迟不来，我每天那个望穿秋水啊，等不到我要的东西。。
发了个邮件，人家虽然表示我第二轮是不可能了，但态度还okay的我觉得。。。

You must wait until you have received the score report so that you may scan and upload the report to the online application system. Please remember that we still have two more deadlines.
