偶以为：现在完成时表----过去发生的，且对现在有影响的动作
我确定这是过去发生的，但为何对现在有影响？感觉这样不清不楚，不知道这时态是要和现在比较还是过去比较。
我以为用they were  OR they are都可以，就是想不通they have been

PREP解释看过了，没有办法回答我自己的问题。

2.present perfect tense应该是我说的：过去发生的，且对现在有影响的动作

而且请问ls如何理解到底是和过去还是现在比较呢？

不是简单的和过去或者现在比较。。完成时既不是过去比较也不是现在比较！你那里还有疑惑？：）

perfect tense是说到现在为止，不是过去发生吧
expect sb that是没有么？如果有后面应该省略should吧。。
