最快速解答法：ACE共同问题出在they上。BD中，D犯了不平行的错误，大家记得看题目中写的是：The spraying of pesticides can be carefully planned, 但是D却些的是：weather conditions that are not foreseeable。所以选B。B符合平行原则，且没有指代不清的问题哟。

B and 后面的are 应该是修饰前面两个东西的。所以and后面只是名词，不是主谓宾结构

that is/are 我觉得是典型的wordy，A book that is mine不如my book好，而否定我觉得用not的否定词直接否定比un...好，否定的更直接，prep语法笔记上有这一点

A.could错误使用过去式but前面是can;they指代问题 语法上指代pilot errors 逻辑上应该是 人 ；过去完成时也不对

C.unforeseeable weather conditions不平行； are the cause wordy 不如动词 cause;they had 同A

D.看到 that are     wordy 直接排除

我是这样理解的 因为pilot errors后面跟了动词 cause ，所以为了平行weather conditions后面就是cannot be foreseen，还有就是动词foresee>形容词forseeable，不知道对不对呐哈
