各位大牛帮帮忙 代词到底怎么用 ~~~~ 30号就要上战场了

各位大牛  我现在很纠结代词的用法  我有点懵啊  

新东方老师说代词优先指代  句子的主语  然后是宾语  

可是在prwp 破解的语法注释里面说  代词优先指代离它最近的名词 ...

这个我就有点囧了....

再看一道这个题
