不矛盾，B选项说的是，如果你干过一次杀价的勾当，竞争者会退出市场，他们退出之后你把价格调回去就行了，不用担心他们再来，因为竞争者认为只要你干过一次就会干第二次，所以以后他们就不来争这个市场了。
