求助。。 。。今天看Manhattan 语法
that of    those of 用不用的区别， 有两个例子。

Too Short ： The faces I see in ads is a famous actor.
Better : The face I see in ads is that of a famous actor.     （我觉得加了that of 没见的哪里好了呀  还感觉Wordy 了/。。。。）



Wordy : The fields I most enjoy studing are those of physics and chemistry.  （同样，为什么这里加了 those of 就是wordy了 。。。。）
Better :  The fields I most enjoy studing are physics and chemistry.

各位大神  求解啊！

第一个句子简化一下就是the face is a famous actor, 脸是演员，肯定不对，所以就应该补出that of, 也就是The face I see in ads is the face of a famous actor. 我看见的脸是演员的脸。第二个句子The fields I most enjoy studing are those of physics and chemistry.  我擅长的学科是物理学科和化学学科，这里物理和化学本身就是学科，再加上学科显然十分的wordy，所以不加those of。
