新人求定位

女，国内211 985本科，理科专业，毕业后在某外资大型医疗外企做了2年管理培训生，又在另一个外资大型医疗外企做了几年，有一些海外经验，目前在家族企业工作，家族企业也是医疗相关，包括一个上市公司，一个投资公司，一个合资公司准备上市
career goal是准备未来回家族企业接班，长期准备把公司做大
gmat 750+ toefl 108+
硬伤：gpa比较低，3.5还没有，不知道是不是要写optional essay解释？这么渣的gpa也是全班top 5%,因为专业实在太难了
还有就是工作有点久，8，9年了
有一些乱七八糟的课外活动：志愿者做了不少，也组织过志愿者活动，自己办过画展，小打小闹的开了2个小公司（目前也还在经营，赚不到什么钱就是，规模也是非常小的）
目前在申请第二轮，essay也写了一些了
求板上各位大神给我出出主意，我应该定位到什么档次的学校？还有保底学校求推荐几个，不知道olin是不是适合我这样的背景？

当然有机会，但说实话我觉得Darden healthcare方向资源一般，非M7的学校里，Duke在Healthcare方向有很明显的优势。我觉得你不要low ball自己，你现在离M7最远的方面是自信程度。 另外时间上真的有点晚了，希望你有和校友们好好networking。

Hey there,
Well you do have a very interesting profile, and a lot of your success in B-school might depend on the business itself - what industry its in, how big it is, what its potential is, and your plans for its future.

Since I don’t have any information about any of that, it is really hard for me to evaluate your profile.

Offhand, I would say you are a very good candidate and could aim within the top20. the only thing is right now we are VERY late in the year, and unless your essays are almost finished, my best piece of advice for you would be: SLOW DOWN!
You are young and not in any rush. It would be MUCH better for you to take your time to make AMAZING applications for next year than to try and rush things not now, and deliver a not so great application and essays.
