Well if you mean should you apply to R3?? It’s very very tough. Especially for international candidates. But if you want to get in an application because otherwise it means you wont ever apply, better Round 3 than never!!!

And GPA is 82/100 now, cause my university has modified the calculation system~
I have finished the application of Yale and Cornell. Should I try Columbia this year? Is it too late?

For real estate there are a lot of great programs - Columbia Wharton, Kellogg, UNC, Wisconsin are all great. I think you can give the schools a shot this year. Otherwise if you wait one more year, actually it’s fine. It’s maybe a small disadvantage as opposed to this year. But if you have a 110 TOEFL, it’s better!

Thank you so much for your reply. I've already registered another TOEFL exam^^^^And I have prepared for essays for a while, so I will try some schools this year.Maybe now the key question is if I need to wait for the next year, is 31 years old an problem~~~

By the way, until now I still want to focus on the business of real estate in the future, no matter investment or development management. Is Cornell an ideal target? or someone else is?

谢谢！其实一开始的定位就算托福考到108也不奢求M7，托福肯定还是得去考

Hey there,
Good question. It’s hard to say whether you should apply this year or wait. Because your profile is pretty fantastic. As is your GMAT. It’s just that pesky TOEFL! Well, I wouldn’t wait JUST for the TOEFL, but maybe even the more important question is: Does this give you enough time to make your essays and applications? And then: how many? It’s very hard for me to say what to do in a vacuum, because a lot will depend on YOU - on your stage at work, on how important it is for you to go NOW, etc. etc.

          谢谢您。今年准备的十分仓促，工作连轴转，一切顺利也只能贴线申请，结果现在~~essay倒是也一直在写的。刚发现托福手贱选了学校，不能复议。工作和学校虽然不差，但毕竟也不是显得特精英高大上。我会慎重考虑您的建议，今天报名。

lz努力的话可以先申请，再次考T，很多学校可以后补T成绩的
但现在申请也非常非常晚了，R2还有不到1个月ddl吧，可以搏一把
