请教大家OG SC里面的一道题~

我选的E， 答案是C。。。
答案说WITH从句意思太不明确。。
我觉得WITH 就是说的前一句啊，这个办法在PROFITS里效果显著啊。。。而且AFTER后面不应该用完成时么，表示过去两年内已经FALLEN了。。。。

with的两种用法的完美体现

这句话其实就是WITH 两个用法的完美体现~~大家好好琢磨一下明白了 WITH用法就差不多啦~~~

我再问大家一下：

17. with修饰
其一，直接跟在名词后面修饰，不加标点，简单。
其二，comma + with形式，通常是修饰主句的主语，例如：
Visitors to the park have often looked up into the leafy canopy and seen monkeys sleeping on the branches, with arms and legs hanging like socks on a clothesline.

上句中 visitor have often seen monkeys sleeping on the branches, with arms and legs hanging like socks on a clothersline.
WITH一般修饰主句主语，可是这里主句主语为VISITOR， 但是ARMS AND LEGS HANGING 修饰的是宾语MONKEY。。
这里怎么解释呢。。

恩 这样看看好像AFTER HAVING FALLEN在GMAT中 就是不正确。。

使用完成时不能想当然，正如使用with不能想当然

恩 我现在关于With的用法明白了，我现在有另一个问题就是AFTER 后面时态问题。

C选项：

难道增长5% 不是在FALLING之后么，也就是说先FALL了 然后又增长了，那怎么能增长用完成时FALLING不用呢？
