这位仁兄，你是哪个家的IBD或者research，还是哪家buy side出来的啊。哦，DCF useless？那啥useful，拍脑袋啊。

Valuation方法有很多;大多非DCF方法都是DCF演变出来的，而且实际应用十分有限。除了金融股外，大多数股票都主要用DCF做估值或者做check的。DCF useless? 搞笑吧。

请问哪个商学院不教DCF？？
？？

投行面试的时候最主要的问题也就是问问DCF。
除了DCF，其他几种valuation当然都会教，你要是想研究特别高深的金融理论和技术，最好念PHD。
