However, I graduated from University of Connecticut with a cum laude degree in finance. I had a 1 year of working experience in finance and 1.5 year of working experience in healthcare (I work at ARC as data/financial analyst). My GPA is strong and competitive. I graduated with honors and I finished a thesis.
I am applying to 2 schools: University of Michigan and Johns Hopkins University. What are my chances?

If you don't give your Gmat another shot. definitely you need to take more focus in your essay.
