标题: 天哪,难道现在已经过了MIT第一轮DEADLINE吗
前两分钟线上SUBMIT MIT 申请资料,居然显示DEADLINE已过,天哪,上帝,难道我把时间搞错了吗.

请问12 NOON PACIFIC TIME 29日/10月相当于北京时间多少?

sfish is right,
pacific time noon 12 PM,
equal to BJ time : 12+16 should be 4 AM (bj,30 oct)

The same trouble on businessweek forum. This kind of things do happen, especially when deadline is closing. Calm down. I think it will be sovled in several hours because right now is 4:30 AM in east coast US. Sometime around 50% applicants will submit their material in last 24 hours.

Hi,

I was ready to submit the on-line application when suddenly a Deadline Has Passed banner appeared in my web page.  If I am not wrong the deadline is today 12pm PT  (that will be 4 or 5 pm in the Boston area, right?)

Any advice?

I wrote to the support department but I am really nervous since I must applied for te first round ( I am reapplying this year)

Same here. I have also sent an email. Could someone post a resolution on this forum as soon as something is discovered as this is very time-critical.

如果只差了几个小时看看能不能跟学校解释一下，还是算你上一轮。有些学校比较flexible。

YES，now the system works correctly again. It is the wrong of ApplyYourself's engineer.

Hope such thing not appear next time.

It was horrible as it said deadline had passed when it was not.

An advice: Don't submit at last minute! Submit at least three days earlier than your aimed deadline.

I agree the wrong message was horrible. However, gmatvictor brother, did you feel ecstatic when you saw only 6 guys jumped out and complained about that in BW forum? Wish you luck!

今年Businesweek的论坛比去年冷清了不少，据说Wharton第一轮的申请人比去年的第一轮少了1/3。

I don't know if someone already posted this information, but Wharton's round one applicant total is down about 30% from last year (about 2500 in 2002, about 1700 in 2003).
