标题: 四大：PwC or Deloitte ？
【楼主最后选择了DTT的audit，谢谢各位亲的建议】楼主目前在USA MSA在读，刚招聘季收获PwC Risk Assurance 和Deloitte Audit offer两枚，想咨询下各位前辈比较下pros and cons，已经纠结很久了

首先看看exit opportunities, 你要是做过auditing, 你以后可以做很多东西``你要是做risk assurance你就只能一辈子在会计公司. pwc risk assurance 就是一些 audit for IT control,这是auditing里最无聊的一种`出路不大`很多人做几年`最后`就是进去IT auditing. 当然要是你是喜欢IT``这就另外一回事

Agreed, I personally like the PwC people and its atmosphere. But I agreed that auditing will have better job opportunities in the long run.
Any other aspects I should consider ?

Not much besides exit opportunities, but let's talk about culture and compensation. PwC definitely has a better culture as people are more laid back and chill whereas Deloitte offers better comp, a few Ks more if I am not mistaken. Deloitte people are somewhat arrogant as if they are investment bankers. That said, you should totally choose auditing over risk assurance! Best of luck.

you got offer from PwC Chicago office? Our two partners come from Chicago office. I like the people in PwC and engagement team is great!

Yes, but I just accepted the offer from Deloitte
