apply for tuck, hope?

well I did extensively research their web site, and got a lot of information. But some information is simply not easy to obtain. Such as is it difficult to get in Tuck? generally speaking, what are they looking for? Where shall I pay attention if I decide to apply for Tuck?

How about their job replacement and starting salary? how is the percentage of student getting job offers before graduation? Tuck has some information, but I would like to know more.
