c中的it 指代不清楚

问一下：xdf的补充题有几种啊？我手上的就是语法分册后面的250题，没有261嘛

我觉得C是句意不清，只是表示educators做过 "have not anticipated the impact of microcomputer technology "，但没有表现出“have not anticipated the impact of microcomputer technology ”和“fault"的关系。

C是强调人的错
D是讲行为.

从后面的例子看是,行为.
