I want to order additional IBT score reports...

How come it is always "maximum users reached"?

It's been like this for quite a number of days.....

Anyone encountered the same problem?

Anyone knows why???

Can IBT report be ordered by phone?? I didn't know...

I thought only online...

IBT cannot be reported by phone. However, you could call/ email CS to inform them there is a problem for your online score reporting .
Otherwise, you can only wait.........
