CDE容易排除，就不问了。我在AB之间想了很久，还是不是很清楚。答案是B

A的问题：
1）amounting to在这里用会不会有问题？我不是很清楚，感觉是个向上加总的概念，在这里用来说decrease的量，大家觉不觉得怪？
2）as compared的用法。我觉得A里面 price of next year's models... as compared with comparable equipped cars and trucks 不一定错，因为我在CR大全里看到了这样一个句子选项：the relative complexity of mathematical problems as compared to scientific problems  所以我认为这里不是错不错的问题，而是好不好的问题

B的问题：
1）把models和cars and trucks调换了位置。回过头考虑这个问题可以把这两个当成互文，但是第一遍做的时候很不习惯
2）也就是我最终不想选B的原因：这个句子是 price of A would decrease from price of B. 这样可以的啊？这两个price是不同事物各自的属性，A的价格从B的价格降？不是A的价格应该从A原来的价格开始降么？

关键是B的2）问题，然后我觉得A的as compared with可不是一定错，所以选了A

A选项 as compared with前后的比较物不一致,前者是Price,后者是cars and trucks,因此A错

上题的比较对象不是楼主说的price of next year's models... as compared with comparable equipped cars and trucks,前面是句子后面是短语,不能比较的。

应该是would decrease 后面的短语four-tenths of one percent  as compared with comparably equipped cars and trucks 。这里比较对象不一致。所以我认为这是A错误的原因。

但是B得句子结构真是奇怪。只能说prep的原则之一是强调平行和比较对象性质一致，句子再费解能符合这一原则就可能使正确选项。

关于A的比较，好像有点开窍了。
as compared to/with就一正常的比较结构，套用回主语比较和宾语比较的规则，主语比较在存在歧义的情况下要求补出系动词、助动词，避免形成前句的宾语和后句的主语比较的歧义。按醉兄说的，这里可以是前一句的宾语four-tenths of one percent  as compared with comparably equipped cars and trucks，所以不合理。而且即使不看这个点，像斑斑说的，也还是存在是否在拿price和车比的可能。
所以这个A的比较，无论怎么说都是不清楚的。

其他几个，也麻烦大家看看啊～

我反而觉得amounting to $72仿佛是说车的价格连续下跌，跌到$72，而不是下降了$72，所以表达不同了，说一辆车72$，不符合逻辑

比较对象对等的问题不说了，amounting to 没有你想得那个向上加总的含义，就是指具体数量是，类似中文的，“销售下降了10%--具体数量20元”的含义。这里我觉得没有什么大的语法问题，就是不如or简洁。

至于你说的B2问题，你可能有些理解错误了，原文的意思不是A从B的价格降，而是明年A的价格和今年comparably equipped models 即今年的A价格开始降。不是两个不同事物，你再仔细看看。
